The Oakwood Management Company Tenant Payments Portal is designed to be a secure portal available to current and past tenants of Oakwood Management Company properties to pay their payment plan monthly payments and/or past-due collection amounts electronically. Credit card information can be collected and used to make these payments with electronic confirmation to the tenant. All information is stored and managed securely.

Our team is dedicated to helping you quickly and easily make your payments and get your account up-to-date. Who Can Use This Site?
This site is designed to assist both CURRENT and FORMER tenants of Oakwood Management Company properties who are either:
- On a Payment Plan, or
- Have a Past-Due or Collections Balance on their Account

YES! This site uses the highest level of industry standard technologies and practices to ensure your personal information and payment information is kept safe and secure.
What Information Do I Need To Get Started?
If you are a current or former tenant and are either (1) on a Payment Plan, or (2) have a past-due amount or collections balanace you may take the following steps to access the site:
- You will need your tenant account "tCode" which is shown on your paper statement, letter, or account information. If you do not have this, please contact us to obtain it.
- If you have not done so, Create Your Online Tenant Account
- Once you have logged in, your property information and balance due will be visible.
- Click 'Make A Payment' to begin the process of paying your monthly or past-due amounts.
